OK, let's get serious for a second, just the time to introduce the musicians: Jean-Luc Van Praet and Pascal De Saint-Amand on guitars, Stéphane Savage on the 4-string tailgun and Jean-Christophe Duvivier for the screamin' part. My my, I was about to forget THE animal, the infamous Michel "Balmuzette" Lathuraz on drums, stunts and grunts ("Belgian beer ruuuuuuuuuuuule!!!" is one of his favorite lines)!

Oddly, before getting together in Moonchild, each of the 5 members has found himself at one time or another involved in a tribute band: Jean-Luc played in Aqualung (Jethro Tull), Balmuzette in Mobilhead (Mötörhead), JC in Killing Hand (Dream Theater), Pascal in Fox (Pink Floyd) and Micka in Korange (Téléphone – a French rock band pretty famous in the 1980s).

But who are those 5 clowns? Well, simply the product of the good ol' BNWOHM... Come on, you do remember, don't you? Well if not, run to the nearest rental shop to fill up that canyon in your culture! We're naturally talking about the wave of UK metal bands from the 1980s: Saxon, Judas Priest, Tigers of Pang Tang, a whole bunch of other bands, and a certain... Iron Maiden.

Together, all those bands too contributed to forge our musical tastes... and somehow brought about our meeting. For each of us, that time is forever associated with a great deal of fond memories. OK, let's face it: we've remained big teenagers...
